_PAYMENT POLICY
30% deposit at time of reservation with balance due at arrival. Please take out travel insurance, since deposits and shortening of booked stays (early departures) are not refundable. A refund would only be possible, if the room could be rebooked for that same time period. 6% IVA (room tax) tax is added to invoice. For guests wishing to vacation without renting a car, Colina Flora offers airport shuttle/transport services. There is also a bus-stop only a 5 minute walk away providing regularly scheduled service to Sintra, Cascais, Colares, Praia das Maçãs (beach) and Cabo da Roca - western most point of Europe Trains run to Lisbon from Sintra and Cascais. |
